North West Packet Group was formed to encourage the use of packet radio in the North West of England and the rest of the UK. We are in the infancy of the group but already the reaction has been amazing! We have a FaceBook group and you can get to it by clicking the FaceBook icon on the right.

This website is a work in progress and intends to be a one stop shop for packet radio. There will be information on packet programs and hardware. There will be tutorials and help on setting up mailboxes and node software, links to our BBS’s and nodes and anything else we can think of.

We hope you will get enthusiastic about packet radio too and we look forward to sharing stories and swapping ideas with you all
